Rumour has it: Condé Nast forbidding to work with Carine Roitfeld? / ¿Qué Condé Nast ha prohibido trabajar con Carine Roitfeld?
Rumour has it that Condé Nast is forbidding photographers and editors to work with Carine Roitfeld on her new magazine: CR: Fashion Book. Page Six has reported that Condé's chairman Jonathan Newhouse has sent a correspondence to all their fashion 'people' including Mario Testino, David Sims, Mert Alas&Marcus Piggot and Craig McDean (which they have an exclusive contract with Condé Nast), forbidding anyone to work with the former Vogue Paris' editor, at least discouraging them.
“Everyone is buzzing about the Condé roadblocks against Carine,” a fashion insider said. “People love Carine but are more frightened of the Condé Nast machine.” As known, Teen Vogue's Shiona Turini left Condé Nast and supposedly not under the best of terms, while Carine's reason to leave was a dispute between powers. Do y'all think this is true?
